I took my first class in Karate tonight, with my kids who already have their yellow belts.
It was really the workout for me and I can say that I feel each and everyone of my muscles in my body.
That's a lot of muscles.
But I don't hurt. Not yet in any case.
And I'm already looking forward to next week. :)

Good for body, mind and soul!
Karate is good. Helps you to keep fit, protect yourself, self-confidence, self-control. Just to name a few.
